The elementless filter "FILSTAR" is a flow structure that compactly integrates three-block technology, consisting of a super centrifugal block, a high sedimentation block, and a static sedimentation block. **Features** - **Super Centrifugal Block**: The used fluid containing fine particles and other debris enters a specially processed SUS block and enters a super centrifugal state. Due to this action, the fine particles and debris are pushed outward, while the clean fluid, free of debris, flows in from the center. - **High Sedimentation Block**: The separated fine particles and debris are directed downward to prevent them from flowing back, using the specially processed and surface-treated high sedimentation block shown above. This high sedimentation action ensures that the debris, which has been precisely separated in the super centrifugal block, is effectively maintained in a downward direction for high-precision separation. - **Static Sedimentation Block**: Finally, the fine particles and debris that have been precisely separated and settled are allowed to settle completely. The image is that when debris is dropped into water, it slowly sinks down over time. During the adjustment of the copper plating solution (dissolving copper in nitric acid), a costly centrifuge was used for the primary treatment of the remaining copper solids.
